Elementary School Newsletter 4.8.2024

Dear Elementary Families,

We're thrilled to share the excitement of today's eclipse with our students and hope you'll also have a chance to experience this remarkable event. While our updates for this week are minimal, please take a moment to read through the following information. We have details about PCS Night at the Ballpark, a parent survey regarding school food, the Multicultural Fair schedule and volunteer opportunities, as well as an upcoming coffee date with the principals.

PCS Night at the Ballpark:

Spring Food Service Parent Survey:

I realize that we ask for your opinion often, and your responses are always welcomed and appreciated.  Please take a few minutes in the next day or two to answer this survey regarding your child(ren)'s eating habits at school and about the food service at Premier Charter School in general.

Thank you for your time, and if you have any specific questions or comments that aren't addressed in this survey, please contact Mr. Doyle (kdoyle@premiercharterschool.org)

MAP Testing:

MAP testing for 3rd & 4th grade is still going on! To ensure your child's success, please prioritize their attendance during their testing window. Consistent attendance allows them to fully engage with the material and perform to the best of their abilities. Additionally, adequate rest and proper nutrition play pivotal roles in supporting cognitive function and overall well-being. Encourage your child to get plenty of sleep and maintain a balanced diet, especially during this period. Together, let's empower our students to approach MAP testing with confidence and readiness. Please see the dates below for each grade level’s testing week:

  • 4th Grade: Week of April 8th

  • 3rd Grade: Week of April 15th

Multicultural Fair:
